Dan Manning was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. He left Des Moines to attend Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska for undergraduate and law school. After law school, Dan joined the US ARMY where he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1983-1987. He was also admitted to the Iowa bar in 1983. In addition to his condemnation practice, Dan represents property owners in matters concerning land use and zoning as well as personal injury.
