Bill Blake is a partner with Baylor Evnen, an experienced trial attorney in Lincoln and in the State of Nebraska, building a wealth of litigation experience representing property owners in eminent domain/condemnation, real estate and commercial disputes throughout the State. Bill is also a frequent lecturer on these topics and is editor of a national compendium on eminent domain issues and an Owner's Manual for Condemnation in Nebraska. Before beginning private practice in Lincoln, he worked for the City of Lincoln as Chief Assistant City Attorney.
