Robert Denlow is the principal partner in Denlow & Henry, with offices in St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri.  For nearly 35 years, he has concentrated his practice on the representation of Missouri property owners in eminent domain proceedings, inverse condemnation claims and land valuation litigation across the state.

A frequent lecturer on eminent domain and property rights issues, Bob is regularly invited to speak at legal conferences, trade groups and to private landowners in Missouri and nationally. He has authored a number of articles and papers on topics relating to condemnation law including the “Valuation” chapter of the Missouri Bar deskbook Condemnation Practice (4th ed. 2009) (co-authored with Jerome Wallach, Joann T. Sandifer, and Philip E. Morgan).
