JOHN KEVIN WALSH concentrates his practice in the area of litigation with emphasis on eminent domain, real property and land use trial practice. He has represented property owners and governmental authorities in eminent domain proceedings to acquire private property. He has also handled litigation relating to issues under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Tennessee Hazardous Waste Act and Environmental Site Assessments.

Mr. Walsh has lectured on eminent domain issues on a number of occasions, the most recent including the Chicago Title/Ticor Title Insurance Companies Seminar in July 2008, the Tennessee Land Law for Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors Seminar in January 2008, Eminent Domain in Tennessee sponsored by the Memphis Bar Association and Chicago Title Insurance Company in March 2005 and the Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation Seminar sponsored by the American Law Institute - American Bar Association in January 2005.  He is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations.  Mr. Walsh has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and Mid-South Super Lawyers.
